Saturday March 7th saw the Gauge 0 Guild Spring show or should it be entitled Trade Show. The main hall had everything for the Gauge 0 Modeller, there was a total of around ninety stands each displaying there own very good selection of products.
There was a very good choice of traders each with their own niche products, ranging from parts for the scratch builder to complete kits to be built. There was ready to run stock, tools and paints, brass section and castings through to scenic materials for the more scenically minded modellers.
There was a small selection of compact layouts accompanied by the East Midland Group test track, where a good selection of working models were on display. The group were even on hand to test run any second hand purchases people wished to buy. All in all it was a well balanced trade show where most visitors would have found the items on anyone’s shopping list.
Below are some pictures of the layouts on show.
